Case Study – Can do attitude

Can and Canning Systems

Project Work

The Scope and project complexities:

Our client operates a canned food processing facility. They needed to increase the volume of canned products from existing processing lines.

The supply of empty cans from independent depalletisers was required to accommodate this volume increase.

The project required careful analysis of current and projected production permutations and volumes to select the best equipment and machinery for the remodelled line taking into account seasonal variations in output.

The Result:

After the careful investigation and assessment of a range of machinery options, we selected the best equipment to meet the production requirements of the new line.

We then completed the design and layout of the new system, including civil designs, and the reconfiguration of existing storage areas.

The new supply system and other project specific components were then installed and commissioned under our supervision.
