Apex Engineering Services was founded in 2001 by Richard Lowe after spending many years working for large process and project engineering companies.

Richard’s expertise includes factory process design, relocation, process flows, and the service and support of that equipment.

We now have a large experienced and knowledgeable team working on a range of projects for clients with specialised needs within the food industry across Australia, New Zealand and the world.

As required, we engage trusted and reliable local contractors for the manufacture, supply and installation of components and equipment. We work closely with a civil engineering company for projects that have structural considerations and certification requirements.

We use the latest computer aided design software for all design and drafting work. We also create three dimensional drawings for improved layout understanding and presentations.

Our head office is in Hawke’s Bay with permanent staff located in Hastings, Auckland and Mt Maunganui in New Zealand, and in Melbourne, Australia. These teams provide our clients with preventative maintenance services 24/7.
